1. 3D drawing Analysis and inspection
Each 3D drawing will be analyzed and inspected before print(model structure, wall thickness, etc.). Make sure the 3d files are printable.
2. Monitoring during 3d printing
Printers will be maintained regularly to make sure the printing quality is good as always. Parts will be print with the right and strong orientation.
3.Post-process
Deed3d offers painting, sanding, threads inserts install and sealing, which bring the parts to a higher level on both functionality and appearance.
4. Quality control system
Parts will be inspected for tolerance and color. Deed3d guarantees full inspect for parts and only qualified parts will be delivered to our clients.
